Your problem is that you are eating CRAP..........eat natural whole foods, fresh and organic and you'll start feeling alot better. Stop eating processed foods...they have lots of preservatives, sodium and chemicals that your body doesn't know what to do with and you get sick. Start eating fresh natural foods, whole greek yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables and protein.............after a few weeks you'll start to feel better. It sounds like you have irritable bowel syndrome.
