Should Russia apologise for helping to start world war 2?

Well I think Hitler was bent on going after them anyways. I think that was whole reason they sided with Japan. If his plan would have worked Hitler would have beaten England and then staged a 3 pronged attack against Russia. With Germans going from the west, Italians coming from the south through the Mediterranean sea and such and the Japanese coming from the east. It might have worked if Japan hadn't bombed pearl harbor and got the USA involved. Big mistake.
