Where's this accent from?

There isn't a standard British pronunciation. It is just like in America, there are different accents for different places. There is however received pronunciation which a lot of actors learn. Mackenzie Crook has a Kent accent. In P.O.T.C. he speaks with a slight ney accent (this isn't actually too far removed from his own accent, but it is just a lot lighter than his own voice.) Solids question..?

my i just started my son on rice cereal and today he didnt feel like eating it, though i knew he was hungry.. he ate at 3 am, then at 7 i started feeding.. Anyways, he wasnt too interested in cereal today, so i tried apple sause and he loved it.. wouldnt take the cereal, but took half the gerber organic package of sauce.. But he still ate cereal.. Is this too much? He doesnt really turn away from the spoon or bottle.. i cannot really tell when he's had enough.. with a bottle, he starts fussing.. But after feeding him solids in the morning, i tryto give him a small bottle and he'll only drink MAYBE an ounce.. so should i cut back on the solids and put more in his morning bottle?

I spoke with the owner of the store, she talked to the employee and she finally confessed that she did steal the jeans. Now I have just learned that she got a job working at a gift store in the same shopping mall as our store!! Obviously we were not put down as a reference! Well each store has slightly varying sizes because of different manufacturers and different clothing material. I purchase clothes from a brand sold in Macys called American Rag. American Rag clothing is very loose fitted and due to that I fit into their medium size but as for some other clothes from different stores, I can't even squeeze into a large. Do not lie. By the way, there is no hepatitis C vaccine, which you probably know already but some of the other respondents do not. Go for the waiver- if you are healthy now, I would think there would be a decent chance of getting in. The medical standards are very strict on paper but lots of people get waivers for various conditions. I got 2 when I reentered the Army in my 40's. The worse that can happen is they can say no, or depending on how recent the illness was, make you wait a certain period of time to make sure it stays in remission. The scar most likely will not shrink much but it can fade. Avoid the sun or use sunscreen for one. Either of these will work. I had stitches on my forehead and used vit. I had a really heavy cough, and whenever I breathed, you could hear the buildup in my throat. I wasn't coughing at one point, and I just suddenly started choking on the phlegm. I got scared, and I forced myself to cough very violently and so my airways cleared up, but I hadn't gotten rid of the phlegm. Later, I tried coughing up the phlegm, but I only choked again, and I got scared and decided to stop trying to cough it up. Later, I was just sort of breathing slowly, and I choked again. This time, I couldn't force myself to cough, and I was really scared, because I couldn't breathe. After some violent gagging and coughing, I spit out a lot of phlegm. When I breathe now, it's normal and you can't hear any phlegm, and I haven't been coughing, but I'm very scared that it'll come back. maybe you're concentrating too hard. just go out there and play for a little while by yourself. shoot the ball around then go fetch it and dribble around for a little and take another shot. Shaving question help?

okay so I have really fair, white skin, so when I shave, I sometimes get rashes and it's not the razor because it's a nice razor and it is brand new. I have very light hair on my legs, but in the light I see that it is kind of dark on my thighs. I've only shaved a few times on my thighs and I dont want it to grow back super dark and hairy... My back is killing me?

Once that's done, then they go on to specialize in whatever field they want. Some remain MD's which is our Primary care Docs. Even a Psychiatrist has to have his MD first. So after that's done, you will be guided in the areas you need to study. 36 weeks 4 days pregnant?

I am 36 weeks 4 days pregnant and for about a week now I been feeling this sharp pain in my , it feels like needles almost. I went to the doctor for my 36 weeks and still no dilation but the baby was sitting very low. I have gestational diabetes and at my last appointment they found protein in my urine. Go urine retested and my hemoglobin( sugars over past 3 months) tested to see how I am regulating. Last night I kept feeling these sharp cramps like things shooting up and down my , it was very uncomfortable and I was getting back pain, and my groin hurts so bad, it's been hurting since like i hit my 3rd trimester. Go-Kart Engine Compression: How To Check & Change?!?

I have a Yerf-Dog 3209 with a Howhit 7.8 HP, 150cc 4-stroke engine. The engine, about a year ago, started sputtering while being driven, and lost engine power. It has set for about a year almost, and today I pulled it out to get it going again. I replaced the gas filter, bought a brand new battery, and put fresh gas in. There was absolutely no gas in the kart's tank, so it's all fresh, even throughout the engine. When I tried starting it up, it would turn over, but it wouldn't completely start. Just the whine of the electric starter going over & over again, trying its hardest to start the engine. The spark plug is working (I tested for a spark), and there's plenty of gas getting through to it. The air filter is clean & in good order. The only thing left would be the engine compression, which I hadn't thought of before. Is there some way that I could check the compression on this small, gas powered engine, & how would I do this? (I understand to some extent it's a matter of using a gauge through the spark plug socket on the engine?). And if the compression is too low (It's supposed to be 155), how can I change & repair it? Is it just a matter of pulling the engine apart & getting to the cylinders? Also, I've heard of go-kart engine "jets". What are these, and would these play a factor in this? I've searched for go-kart engine jets, but all I get are actual jet engines (turbines). Thanks for your help in advance everyone!!

When she barks at people im sure its scary because its a mean bark it sounds like shes ready to bite you! My parents and brother have not spoken in almost a year.?

My parents are very manipulative. My brother and I learned this and try to deal with it. A year ago, my brother was at their house and my dad got mad over something stupid. He said some rude and hateful things to my brother. My brother got mad, came in house and got his wife and kids and left. My dad is still obstinate, while claiming to be Christian, saying he doesn't care if he ever sees my brother again. My mom is upset, but says she thinks its not fair to not see her grandkids. My brother talked to me again last night about it. He is hurt that parents wont speak to him in almost a year, but more that my parents are ignoring his kids. I am angry about that too. i get mouth sores/blisters a lot...i always have! they usually go away in a little less than 2 weeks. i rinse my mouth with salt water which doesnt seem to help, i rinse with mouth wash, i brush my teeth with a special tooth paste specifically for this problem, put mouth gel on it, and ive tried puttin tobacco on it. nothing seems to make them go away faster...any other suggestions???

Can I use Listerine Zero on my tongue Piercing?

I got my Tongue Pierced 2 days ago, and my piercer recommended that I do the Salene and Salt method but did say that If I wanted to use mouthwash make it non Alcoholic. So I went out and bought Listerine Zero to try and keep it clean. I brush my teeth and rinse my mouth after EVERY meal, and simply rinse after every time I drink ANYTHING that isn't water. When I Rinse I'll put a little water into it to try and delude it, but my questions are, will using Listerine Zero affect my tongue in a negative way at all? And is it safe enough to use without having to delude it? And what can I do to speed up the healing process? I know that it take anywhere from 5 days to 19 for the swelling to drop and that I need to see the artist when the swelling does go down to change my bar size. (No, I'm not trying to hide this from anyone, I'm 20 years old, I just want to try and speed this up)

Question Details: Everyone who has responded to my imploring about the war in Iraq has mostly explained how they believe the war is for oil. Now I have found information about the amount of oil we actually have here in Alaska. There is enough oil in Alaska's coastlines to supply the US for 200 years. Also, there are these new super-deep wells being dug by Russia that are over 40,000feet deep they call Cola-SG 3 wells. They have discovered so much oil that it raises the question as to whether or not the world is truely running out. I found this information from the you tube search on a man named Lindsey Williams. So do you really believe we are there for oil? I just feel this is the most pointless of wars. It is not about democracy, terrorism, liberation for Iraqi people, weapons of m destruction, and now I'm strating to think it isn't even about oil. What the heck are we doiong over there?!
