Can someone be born with two belly ons?

I'm sure they can, but its probably never been doented before. as to the mammals, the mothers eat the placenta sack that the pup is born in and while doing so bite the umbilical cord. There are probably other ways they do it, but I used to raise dogs, and that's what dogs do.
