GUYS what do u look for in a girl?

plus how do u kno if a guy likes u? plus is this flirting or just how they r? ok at my youth group all the guys flirt and so do the girl that's just how r youth group is and its fun anyways.....theres this guy i rly rly rly like but i think he likes my best friend bcuz well he flirts with her but he flirts with me 2 and pretty much evry1 lol.......he makes her fall just so he can catch her he pools her up on tires ( long story lol) and hes pretty much fallows her all the time and ppl from her skwl (he used 2 go there then he switched) tell her that he likes her?........and this other guy does this thing that evry girl likes its so cute its like his own flirty Signature move lol he takes like his hand and like taps ppls chins lol its so cute and the other guy that i like is like his bestfriend.....so is the chin thing and the making them fall so they can catch them and asking them about stuff about girls that they think is weird flirting or just them? sry that was rly long!......thanks :)
