If illegals are here for a better life then how come these illegals are charged with murder?

They claim this is only one illegal who has committed murder, when in fact over 25 Americans lose their lives daily to illegal aliens. Go to VOIAC, humancost and the multiple other sites set up for the victims of illegal aliens and then tell me it is an isolated case with these people. This does not count the illegals who kill each other either. He should receive the death penalty just as all illegal invaders who commit a felony charge.
