Is there a cure for HIV that we dnt knw about.. Or is it tooo high purchase that they juz tell us no it isnt?

We have never been able to destroy any virus once it gets inside the body. Only the immune system can do that. The only option is to vaccinate and unfortunately because HIV mutates so often it has been very difficult to produce a vaccine. Drug companies would be more than happy to produce a vaccine for which they could sell to billions of people, not just those infected. Most people would want the vaccine and drug companies would make more money than just treating the ill.
