Should we take off bans on all drugs & Crush the drug cartels, then reevaluate the effect over 10 years?

Why not? Just remove all bans and legalise them all unconditionally. It's about time that our government started treating us like adults and let us make our own decisions about the dangers or benefits of recreational drug use. I don't think we'll see a large increase in drug use, most people abstain from using them now will continue to abstain from drug use.
