Stark Bridge, Stark, New Hampshire?

I know about the little bridge in Stark, New Hampshire that the town is famous for, but can one actually drive on it? Is it legal, I mean it's so historic and old, I'm having doubts about whether or not it's still an operating, drivable bridge.
