I have been trying to research, and I have learned that Walmart generics are lousy, that Nikes are not to good especially the Shox. I heard alot about asics, New Balance and Brooks....So I figured I would go with the New Balance 540. I mostly do easy jogging and walking 3-5 miles 3-4 times a week on Pavement or an indoor track. I weigh 225. Should I keep these or return them ????
