Question please about bottles?

Our new angel was premature and the only nipple the hosp could get him to take was a nuk type. So, I went & got nuk bottles to use. He loves them, but they aren't keeping the gas away as much as I'd like. He's always gy. Anyone got any ideas what he might go to, to replace the Nuks? I tried another Gerber one ( he wouldn't take it- won't take even a soothie pacifier.) Am I stuck with a gy baby? Thanks!!
