Can I use Listerine Zero on my tongue Piercing?

I got my Tongue Pierced 2 days ago, and my piercer recommended that I do the Salene and Salt method but did say that If I wanted to use mouthwash make it non Alcoholic. So I went out and bought Listerine Zero to try and keep it clean. I brush my teeth and rinse my mouth after EVERY meal, and simply rinse after every time I drink ANYTHING that isn't water. When I Rinse I'll put a little water into it to try and delude it, but my questions are, will using Listerine Zero affect my tongue in a negative way at all? And is it safe enough to use without having to delude it? And what can I do to speed up the healing process? I know that it take anywhere from 5 days to 19 for the swelling to drop and that I need to see the artist when the swelling does go down to change my bar size. (No, I'm not trying to hide this from anyone, I'm 20 years old, I just want to try and speed this up)
