Please help! i want this to go away fast!?

i get mouth sores/blisters a lot...i always have! they usually go away in a little less than 2 weeks. i rinse my mouth with salt water which doesnt seem to help, i rinse with mouth wash, i brush my teeth with a special tooth paste specifically for this problem, put mouth gel on it, and ive tried puttin tobacco on it. nothing seems to make them go away faster...any other suggestions???
