Menstruation abnormalities?

I'm 35 years old and I'm experiencing a different monthly period.... I have early menstruation at the age of 11... and after 2 year I've diagnosed having tv of the bone...so i was operated three times? I just wondered is the effect why i have hormonal imbalance... I consulted an doctor last 4 years and she advice me to have a ultra exam and papsmear the result was i have polycystic cyst and i have think endometrium.... the day i receive the result i have'nt visit my physician for clarification since i was afraid of what she might said to me... at present i have never consulted any doctor and i'm afraid what will happened to me... we as couple never had a child or never i conceived... please help me...what will i do....
