Why do some people use "freedom of speech" as an excuse to insult whoever they like?

There are many racists who want to be able to yell even the word "n...er" out in public. They feel that is "freedom of speech". A few here have said that. YET, they want the government or police (who say that you can't go out in the public and yell the word "n...ers" at black people because it is against the law), to protect them when they go out yelling it.They want to government out of it, but at the same time, want the government in it when it comes to them about to get a beat down. They say they don't want to be "PC" about it anymore. "Respectful, decent manner"? Sorry, but you're in the wrong place for that. A lot of people here can't even spell those words let alone live by them. The neocons (especially) are buck wild. They call what they are doing now "a revolution". Well the real revolution will not be televised.
